1. These photos and this photographer are amazing. The time he explains that he has took to get even one photo is crazy. The way he waits for the perfect shot and got out of his way to find the great settings are what make Brandt such a special photographer.

3. This is my favorite photo from Nick Brandt. This is because i feel like its a powerful picture as it explains how poaching is killing our wildlife.

4. The photography rules in this picture are rules of thirds and framing. These are because the subject is in the top right of the picture and that leaves the background for us to see.

    5.  Brandt chooses to use a non telephoto lens so he is really close to the animals. he used a medium-format black and white film Pentax 67II with no zoom lens.

6. Brandt feel that he just wants to shoot the animals in their natural state of being.

7. He says he believes that every human and animal deserves the right to live and he hope his photos push people to help protect the beautiful creatures.

8. "You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit; you'd move in close." - Brandt
