cover types

A image based cover is when the photo takes up about all of the page and it is as little as one person in the image. This is used to catch the readers attention by using a portrait. A illustration based cover is a drawing or comic takes up the cover. This gives the reader a more curious feeling and a different mood of the cover. A Type based cover is where bolded words take up the cover dragging readers in with their information. Finally, A Concept based cover uses about all of the others. This is when there are words on a photo/ illustration that are both used to bring in readers.
