Photo manipulation and Ethics

1.   * I photo is away photographers can "fix" their pictures in seconds.

      * Photoshop is ways that "average joes" can take professional like pictures.

      * Changing photos has gone from just "fixing" photos to an art.

      

2.  They provide Photographers with strict guidelines for their pictures to follow. Photographers have to turn in all their proof as well as their final portfolio in orders for their photos to be used.

3. I think that slightly changing the background color or color of the subject is a good use of photoshop. Now i also think that using photoshop to change a persons face or completely change the subject is a a bad use of it. When your change something major in the photo your just taking away from the real value of the picture. 

   

I feel this photo is the most unethical. I mean come on, if you can take your eyes of the gun or bikini you can obviously see that the face is 2 different people. I think having 2 completely different facial feature [ glasses] makes the photoshop even worse.

I think that this photoshop is the least unethical. This is because this goes into my lines of photoshop. Changing the background color or darkening it is what it should be used for. Also, it makes the picture seem more simple of what the subject is.
